34th Annual Senior Expo 

presented by Spinks Law Firm

Friday, Sept. 22 from 9am - noon

The Omar K. Lightfoot Center hosts the 34th annual Senior Expo. This year’s event will feature 30+ vendors ranging from medical, insurance, legal, county and city services, and many others all geared toward senior needs. A new feature of this year’s Expo is a dedicated space for our sponsor companies to make presentations explaining their products and services. Additionally, there will be various screenings, such as hearing tests, that will be offered during the event.

National Night Out

Tuesday, Oct. 3 from 6-8pm

Mission Hill Church, 10002 N. 56th St.

National Night Out (NNO) is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. NNO 2023 will be an indoor/outdoor event with static displays of police equipment and vehicles as well as a fire engine, rock wall and bounce house. Local businesses and organizations will also have promotional displays. The Temple Terrace Police Dept. looks forward to seeing the community for National Night Out!

Fire Dept. Open House

Saturday, Oct. 7 from 9am - 1pm

124 Bullard Parkway

The Temple Terrace Fire Department will highlight the importance of fire safety in the kitchen at the 2023 Open House. This year’s theme is “Cooking safety starts with you. Pay attention to fire prevention.” The event, located at Fire Station 1, will include several live demonstrations, displays, kid’s crafts and activities, food and more.

Fall Festival

Saturday, Oct. 28 from 6-9pm

at the Family Recreation Complex, 6610 Whiteway Dr., Soccer Field #1

Cost per child: $5 Adults are free with a child admission. Avoid the line – Pre-purchase tickets beginning Oct. 2 Activities include: Trunk or Treat; a Hayride; a Petting Zoo; Mysterious Maze; DJ & Dancing and Carnival Games plus a Costume Contest at 8pm Go to templeterrace.gov or follow the City on Facebook for more information.

Winter Wonderland And Lighted Golf Cart Parade*

Saturday, Dec. 2, from 5:30 – 8:30pm

at Woodmont Park, 407 Woodmont Ave. and the 1st fairway of the Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club

Winter Wonderland Activities include: an Ice Slide, Caroling, Food Trucks and Carnival Games plus Tree Lighting at 7pm. The Golf Cart Parade* starts at 6 pm from the Family Recreation Complex and ends at Woodmont Park.
