Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons
The Florida Department of Transportation District Seven installed four new crosswalks with pedestrian hybrid beacons on Busch Boulevard in Temple Terrace and Tampa in December 2020 – including one at Overlook Drive. The crosswalks provide more options for pedestrians to safely cross the busy roadway. Check out this video link provided by Bike/Walk Tampa Bay to learn more about the using these enhancements to our City.Contact Us
