Utility Billing / Customer Service
Customer Service is available to answer questions regarding water, sewer, and sanitation services provided by the City of Temple Terrace.
The Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. Customers can use the payment kiosk inside City Hall until 5pm or access the drop box outside of City Hall to make payments 24/7. New accounts are opened daily until 4pm.

Water Bill Assistance Program
Need help paying your water bill? Hillsborough County may be able to assist. The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) helps Hillsborough County residents pay for water and wastewater bills, so they don't have to choose between household utilities and groceries. Assistance is provided for as long as program funds are available. Please be aware that your e-bill from the City of Temple Terrace will now be sent from the mailbox: DONOTREPLY@TEMPLETERRACE.GOV. Make sure this is added to your valid mailbox to ensure receiving your next bill. If you have any questions, please email Customer Service and we will assist you.
