Responsibilities 

The Finance Administration Department is responsible for financial planning, budget, debt management, investments, accounting, purchasing, and payroll.

The Customer Service Department handles business licensing, opens utility accounts, and manages utility account billing.

Mission

Create an environment of support, knowledge and integrity by providing accurate financial information that can be used in business decisions and to safeguard the city's assets.

City Budgets, Quarterly Reports, and Comprehensive Annual Financial Report are available through the online archive here.

Vendors 
The city does not keep a vendor list. Each department conducts its own ordering and any solicitation or information should be directed to the appropriate department.
